“Memo from Cristian Herrera

10.12.22   10:49am

Hey Bill, can you send me your phone number? I have 12 new locations that we are looking to fill for Election Day on November 8th. Both AM and PM shifts! Let your members know to give me a call, I have not received any calls from your members yet. Let them know that I have more locations available and are trying to make sure there is 100% covered for Congressional District 1! We need more patriots to watch the polls!

Very Respectfully,

Cristian Herrera

RCSCA Board Recommendations for 2022 Mid-Term Elections

WOW what a terrific turn out at our Saturday, October 8th Meeting. It is understandable with the great candidates and great members our club has. Attached is the sample ballot marked with the board recommendations. We did not print enough for the meeting, so we are sending to all members. There were multiple requests after we ran out on Saturday. Feel free to print and give to your friends and neighbors – who are likely to vote as recommended. There were a couple of contests without 100% agreement. They were left blank. You will need to do your own research on them. Drew Johnson is running for the County Commission. He is on the ballot for a couple of precincts our club touches but not the sample ballot we used. If he is on your ballot, vote for him. That is an important position and Drew will be an excellent replacement to the Dem in office now (who rammed through changing the name of our airport). Thanks for supporting our Republican Club at Sun City Anthem. Your support makes it the best Republican club in the county if not state.

Regards,

William J Stieren, CPA, President

REMINDER: OCT 2022 MEETING

SCA REPUBLICAN CLUB

MEETING REMINDER

Date:  Saturday October 8, 2022

Time:  10 AM

Location:  Morris-Nelson Room, Independence Center

Speaker:  Army Colonel Mark Robertson, Retired, is the Republican Candidate for US Congressional District 1.

Colonel Roberts has been a regular visitor to our monthly meetings and has agreed to speak about the election and the important issues of the day.  Mark has a strong record of conservative practical leadership, and holds American values of Faith, Family, Freedom, and Opportunity as a cornerstone of our culture and our country.  Mark spent 30 years in the military and then went on to become a successful businessman in financial planning.  He has a deep understanding of the needs of small business ownership, the needs of today’s family and security issues both international and domestic.   All of these he will bring to Congress upon his election.  Please join us in welcoming Mark to our October monthly meeting.

The November Meeting is the Annual Club Meeting where the Budget for the coming year is reviewed and approved, Club Elections will occur, and Proposals for all By-Law and Event Changes will be discussed and approved.  We encourage all Members to attend this meeting in person, to ensure their vote is counted.

ELECTION TIME:  The Republican Club is seeking Candidates for the 2023 Board.  Per our By-Laws, we will be electing 4 Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) as well as 9 At-Large Directors to the 2023 Board.  We encourage all members to consider joining the Board and bringing new insight and innovation to our Club.  Attached is the Candidate Form that must be completed, signed, and submitted by October 15.  It is our desire to have all Candidate Forms submitted by date so we can share this information with ALL Club Members before the November Election.

CANDIDATE FORM SUBMISSION:  The Candidate Form may be Emailed to Dennis Brown, Chairperson of our Election Committee at:   2022RCsca.Election@Gmail.Com, or place your completed form in the Republican Club Mailbox in Anthem Center, by the Fitness Facility.

SEE YOU SATURDAY -- OCTOBER 8 AT 10 AM AT OUR MONTHLY CLUB MEETING.

Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Presidential Order #14081

BIOTECHNOLOGY AND BIOMANUFACTURING INNOVATION

I have worked for over 40 years to build biotechnology from academic research to a thriving industry, so I am happy to see a concerted effort to advance this industry into a thriving component of our economy.  Indeed, many capabilities are already there but have not seen daylight due to overreaching government inspection, regulation, ineptitude, and licensure.  The US government has proven to be driven by big money interest that prevent the benefits of this R&D to reach the people who most need it.  US computing is 35 years old, highly insecure and its science is older.  Adding more federal employees will not solve this problem.

Also, the grandiose words of this document never address the fundamental lack of support to educate our children and American workers from getting the Science, Technology, Engineering/Physics and Math necessary to develop and productize Biotech Innovation.  Limiting grants, access to programs and research funding to minority institutions of higher education reduces or eliminates fundamental advancements in scientific research and thus innovative productization.  If we want to lead the BIO marketplace, we need ALL Hands-on deck!   If we have learned anything from the current administration it is that diversity and equity does not mean “quality, know-how, experience or innovation”.  Having just returned from Europe, the US is a laughingstock to Europeans and their governments.  They cannot trust us and see NO LEADERSHIP from the US.

Also, it’s about time the US developed leadership in Biotech, or Security, or Safety, or any area for the people of the US -and not to promote innovation and development to “International Partners” who will just as easily take our “family jewels” and build it themselves.  Patents be dam!    Build the technology, build the science, build the market leadership, and THEN share elements that make sense.  Stop undermining the American worker and our position in the World!

This proclamation is a mask to take control of our food supply, healthcare, transportation, banking, education, kill US manufacturing, and become a nation subservient to many third world countries -under China’s control.  As I said before, it sounds great on the surface, but it is NOT what the Administration wants us to believe.  Read it for yourself - attached below.

Caution!!

And VOTE!!!!!!!
